A licensed Real Estate Broker who has lived in Orange County since 1979. Hold a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Have been married to my beautiful wife, Jan, since 1981 and have three wonderful children, Scott, Drew, and Chelsea.
After nearly 20 years of successful private practice in Physical Therapy, in 1998 my middle son, Drew age 11, became critically ill from bacterial meningitis. Miraculously he survived, but has been left blind and hearing impaired. Drew is now 23 and listed as one of my heroes.
After selling my practice and spending nearly three years home with Drew, I began my second full time career in Real Estate. As an associate broker based in Huntington Beach, I am enjoying it tremendously and have appreciated the opportunity to help my clients with some of their most important financial decisions.
This changed market has afforded many new opportunities for my first time buyer and investor clients. It has also meant overcoming difficulties and financial hardships for many. As an experienced and Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have been privileged to assist many homeowners in this category as well.
On a personal level, I love to golf, ski, sweat at the gym, and spend time with family and friends. My intention is to feel good every day, and live in a constant state of love and gratitude.
